As Managing Director of the Audaciter Group, Chris brings proven expertise in corporate finance and an accomplished track record defined by 20 years in progressive financial executive roles at distinguished blue chip organizations. Chris leads real estate and venture investment activities at Audaciter, and serves in Board Member and outsourced CFO roles for growth stage companies.
Prior to founding Audaciter, Chris was Treasurer & Head of Tax for Knauf North America where he was responsible for all operational and strategic treasury and tax functions. He successfully led a financing strategy involving the negotiation of $425 Million of revolving and term debt as well as the design and implementation of a New Markets Tax Credit structure to facilitate the company’s US expansion.
Before joining Knauf in 2011, Chris served as Chief Financial Officer at Vodafone Americas Inc.,a financial holding company for the world’s leading wireless telecommunications firm. There he managed U.S. cash flows of $3.5 Billion annually, assisted with enterprise valuations of the company’s portfolio of wireless operating companies including Verizon Wireless, and co-led efforts towards a successful $1.4 Billion private placement debt offering.
Chris combines financial expertise with entrepreneurial thinking, and is especially adept at implementing strategic objectives to support business growth and drive shareholder value. He began his career with Arthur Andersen LLP and is a licensed CPA. Chris enjoys adventure travel, hiking and climbing in Colorado and Montana, and spending time outdoors with his family.
Alexandria, also known as Ally, grew up in Western Washington until she relocated to Bozeman, MT to attend Montana State University. She is currently a student there pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Conservation Biology. Her passion for the Earth and all of it’s biodiversity has driven her to study human impacts on the natural world and it’s resources. Along with being intrigued by environmental science, Ally has always been interested in business and it’s different aspects. Previously, she devoted a large amount of time to DECA, a business club that focuses on training future leaders and entrepreneurs in the disciplines of marketing, finance, hospitality, and management.
At a young age Ally was taught that you work hard in life to achieve your goals which has constantly driven her to do her best in everything she does. Her experience in the retail, foodservice, and hospitality industries has provided her with leadership, guest/customer service, organization, and interpersonal skills which she is able to apply on the job and in volunteer and community service capacities. She has had the privilege of working for larger corporations like Nike and Hilton along with different nonprofit organizations including Children of the Nation, Children of the Valley, and Heart of the Valley. She was able to use her prior knowledge and proficiency in fundraising, marketing, and event planning to assist these nonprofits with a variety of needs.
Outside of work and school Ally enjoys doing anything that involves the outdoors including kayaking, backpacking, hiking, and playing tennis. She is currently attempting to leash train her cat, Yeti, so he can embark on adventures with her.

Charles is currently a General Partner at McGregor & Associates, where he has personally led 6 deals which have raised more than $10M for seed and growth stage venture companies, including a needle-less injection company and a brain imaging platform focused on machine learning and imagery analytics. Charles often takes advisory or operational roles with portfolio companies in order to accelerate their pace of innovation and commercialization.
Key industry focuses of the firm include biotechnology, biomedical, AgTech, and cybersecurity. McGregor & Associates is also active in real estate investing and development.
Before joining McGregor & Associates, Charles worked at Berkeley Research Group, a premier strategy and expert witness IP firm. Here he participated in cases and strategy work for major corporations like Apple, Exxon, and the National Bank of Russia. Charles has a degree in Biophysics from Claremont McKenna College.
Alysha finds she is teased about being a "numbers nerd", which she admits is marginally true. While she never dreamed of being a CPA as a child (as so many children do...), she has found a career in accounting and finance to be continually challenging and rewarding. She believes that accounting and finance are truly the language of business, and she enjoys the opportunity it provides to learn about all facets of business.
Alysha currently serves as the Senior Director of Finance for Thoroughbred Holdings, a land and mineral rights holding company focused on acquisition and development of energy and natural resource properties, where she works not only to ensure the numbers are accurate, but that they also provide the basis for making informed and strategic business decisions. Prior to joining Thoroughbred Holdings, Alysha served as VP of Finance and Operations and Board of Directors Secretary/Treasurer at P2Binvestor, Inc., a Denver-based marketplace lender. She aided P2BInvestor in doubling the loan portfolio and revenue year-over-year, while also raising a Series A round for over $4 million. Her previous experience at Deloitte & Touche, LLP and the Governmental Accounting Standard Board helped shape the way she views financial information for organizations in various stages of business and across multiple industries. Her key areas of expertise include: derivatives and hedging, revenue recognition, debt vs. equity, forecasting, and—like any true numbers guru—Microsoft Excel.
Outside of work, she enjoys hiking (only 13 more Colorado 14ers to go for her to climb all 58), playing with her Golden Retriever named Summit, skiing, and continually learning about various spiritual topics.
Michael has led a distinguished 15-year career gaining insights to understanding the strategic direction and operational needs of the business and how he can leverage his finance and accounting knowledge to optimize results. Michael prides himself on playing with numbers in Excel! Michael is currently Managing Director at Flagship Consulting.
Michael worked in the oil and gas industry for a six-years in the Denver and Houston area. During this time he served many roles working with operations managers, field engineers and administrative staff. Michael really enjoyed working with the engineers to better understand the technology behind the extraction of hydrocarbons from the earth. This gave Michael a better appreciation for the work the field does and allowed him to tell “the story behind the numbers” to upper management in the monthly results calls.
After leaving oil and gas industry, Michael pivoted to the telecommunications industry, working for the Vodafone US holding company based in Denver. At Vodafone, Michael specialized in excel modeling, process development and special projects, including a month-long assignment in Rotterdam, Holland. Michael designed and created cash a flow model which planed for different scenarios based on set criteria. This model was nimble, creating multiple scenarios in minutes.
Prior to joining oil and gas industry, Michael worked in public accounting in the Denver area while obtaining his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license. Michael is an avid back-country and in-bounds skier, ultimate frisbee player, backpacker, whitewater stand-up paddle boarder, and marathon runner; truly work hard – play hard!
Kelly is a results-driven, innovative finance professional with more than 16 years of broad experience in all aspects of accounting, business and financial management. She has a proven track record of increasing profitability, implementing effective process improvements and creating collaborative teams. Her talent for analyzing various aspects of business gives her an edge when working with companies that are growing and finding their needs ever-changing.
Kelly earned her Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Colorado and is an actively licensed Certified Public Accountant. Prior to her current position as Senior Director of Finance for PlanetiQ, Kelly worked in public accounting, the technology sector, non-profit, government and healthcare.
When she’s not “working with numbers”, Kelly enjoys showing off her culinary skills, traveling the world, and getting outdoors with her family and adorable rescue pup, Holmes, as much as possible.
Jennifer’s varied career has helped her gain vast knowledge across many different industries and functional areas. Her career began in the entertainment production industry in Los Angeles, CA, where she learned the value of time management, hard work, and the importance of execution.
After 6 years in California, Jen relocated to Colorado and successfully managed a vibrant coworking space in downtown Denver. This role enabled Jennifer to develop new skills coaching and assisting startup companies with business development, strategic planning and back office processes. Before moving into business consulting, Jen spent time at a local software startup in a SAAS sales and marketing role.
She is now using her skills and experience in public relations, marketing, business development, strategic planning and operations to assist private equity investors and growth stage companies. Jennifer is also passionate about real estate and holds her residential real estate license in the state of Colorado.
